How do I send my application ?

To send your application you must apply for a vacancy.

Select the vacancy of your choice and click on "Apply online" at the bottom of the vacancy.

Fill out the necessary elements in the application form and click on "Validate".

Your CV and profile will be registered during this operation.

How do I know if my application has been received ?

When you apply for a vacancy, you receive an acknowledgement of receipt. Your inbox might have considered the acknowledgement as spam.

We recommend that you check in the spam folder of your inbox.

To see the history of your applications, connect to your personal profile and click on "View my previous applications" on our website.

How can I keep my application for my records ?

Before validating your application, on the "Summary" page, hold the left button on your mouse while selecting the text.

Then push "Ctrl + c", open a new file on your computer in the preferred format and push "Ctrl + v" to insert the text.

Alternatively, you can print out the application by using "print screen" function on your computer.

How can I edit my CV ?

You can edit your CV when you start the application process for a specific vacancy by using the "Apply" button.

You can edit the CV part in the application form in order to complete your application for the specific vacancy.

I can’t access my personal profile

Make sure you made no mistake while typing your login and password.
If you still can’t log in, there may be no account in our data base linked to the mail address:

  • Either you used another email address to create your account
  • Or you deleted your account

In this case we suggest you restart the procedure by applying for a job offer.

We also suggest you try using a different browser (Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome instead of Internet Explorer for example) and emptying your temporary files such as your caches and cookies (tools / options).
You can also try using a different computer.

Do not hesitate to contact us if the problem persists.

I have lost my password

If you have lost you password, log on to "My Account" fill in your email and click on "Password forgotten".

You will then receive an email containing a link to change your password.

I can’t apply on the website

We can’t receive applications by email. We suggest you try the following solutions :

  • Make sure that you have filled in all the required fields (fields followed by an asterisk).
  • Empty your cookies/temporary files that can alter the internet browsing quality (menu bar of the browser, tools, options).
  • Try with the browser Mozilla Firefox.

Don’t hesitate to contact us if you still can’t apply, and tell us what warning message appears.
